Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of GriffinLeads: booking a call with us, your workspace, and the list of businesses we send you. By booking a call or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Questions? Email zid@griffinleads.com.
What we offer
Right now GriffinLeads is a free research offer. You talk with us for about 20 minutes about your business and the customers you want more of. Within seven days of that call, we send you a list of 10 businesses that match the customer profile we agree on, with contact details where we can find them and a short reason each one was picked, with a source. You can then tell us how the list looks, and we’ll read and respond to your feedback.
- The free offer is one list per business.
- We aim to deliver within seven days of our call. If something delays us, we’ll tell you in your workspace.
- Nothing is offered or sold on the call, and you have no obligation afterward. If we launch paid services later, they’ll come with their own terms, and you’ll only be signed up if you choose to be.
Your workspace
- Workspaces are invite-only. Keep access to the email address you sign in with, since that’s how you get your sign-in codes.
- Only invite people who work with your business. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace.
- Don’t try to access other workspaces, interfere with the service, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
What you share with us
You keep ownership of everything you give us: your answers, customer profile, uploaded lists, messages and feedback. You let us use it to provide the service, to research your list, and to improve GriffinLeads, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload lists you have the right to share with us. We use them to leave those businesses off your list or flag them, and we never contact anyone on them.
We keep what you share confidential. We won’t identify your business or your customers to anyone else without your permission.
Your list, and how you use it
The list is yours to use for your own business. Please don’t resell it or publish it.
The businesses on the list are researched from public information. We haven’t contacted them, and we can’t tell you whether they’re interested in buying. When you reach out, you’re responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam rules for email (such as CAN-SPAM), rules for calls and texts (such as the TCPA and do-not-call lists), and privacy laws. Honor opt-out requests promptly.
Accuracy
We check each business against the profile we agreed on, and we say so when information is missing or uncertain. Still, public information changes and can be wrong, so we can’t guarantee that every detail is accurate, current or complete, or that the list will lead to new customers. The service and the list are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GriffinLeads isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from the service or the list. Because the offer is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Ending things
You can stop using GriffinLeads at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, or wind down the free offer, and we’ll give you notice and a chance to download your list where we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms as GriffinLeads changes. We’ll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use GriffinLeads after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Who we are and how to reach us
GriffinLeads is operated by GILGAMI LLC, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. References to “GriffinLeads”, “we” and “us” mean GILGAMI LLC.
